Cancellation policy. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Come prepared. Before the call, you will be asked to complete a short intake form covering your pet's history, current symptoms, and anything you have already tried. The more detail you provide, the more specific the session can be.

Scope of this consultation. This is not a veterinary diagnosis or a substitute for in-person emergency care. It is a specialist integrative consultation focused on root cause assessment and protocol planning for chronic allergy cases. Dr. Kim holds a California telemedicine license and practices within its scope.
